5 framed drawings, off to a show

These five drawings got all dressed up and have been shipped off to be in the Fresh stART benefit exhibition and sale, Feb 7th at Arena 1 Gallery at the Santa Monica Art Studios. The proceeds are split between the artist and Para Los Ninos. Lots of great artists that I admire are participating, inlcuding Evah Fan, Saelee Oh, Mark Todd, Jill Bliss, and Megan Whitmarsh.
I hate framing, and it's hard to let my work go sometimes, especially one like Beard Bird that was blogged about a gazillion times!
So if you want to get your hands on any of these originals (and you're in the Santa Monica area), head over to the Fresh stART website and get your tickets.

Already got my ticket. Will moblog if they allow pictures (which they probably won't). I saw some older pics included recognizable, but not the point of knowing their names, celebrities.

So glad you're going! You'll definitely have to take pictures, if at all possible. Ideally one of Brooke Sheilds (she's on the board of directors) standing next to my drawings :)

I can't believe you're showing in Santa Monica. I lived there for the last 11 years, but just moved away. Argh! Congratulations and good luck.
