A slight departure in materials for me. I though I'd use the same medium as my local neighborhood panhandler uses: marker and cardboard. Seems to be appropriate for the subject matter.

HA! You just summed it all up with cardboard and a marker! That's more than the dumb shmucks (not my first choice of words) in our gov't have been able to do with computers, analysts, and a buttload of our tax money! I love artists.
